He has worked in MNCs like BNP Paribas and Media.net, and overlooks the entire functions of Accounting, Finance and Taxation.

Urvashi Jain is a Company Secretary, Corporate Law Advisor with an experience of over 10 years in the field of Corporate Law, Startup Consultancy, Due Diligence & Fund Raising. She has worked in Corporates like PwC, Reliance Industries, and WPIL Limited and overlooks Secretarial, Corporate Law Advisory, and Statutory Compliance Functions.
